Hellulaug is a small pool situated in the innermost reaches of \nVatnsfj\u00f6r\u00f0ur, just out of sight from the road and hidden under a bank by\n the seashore. Vatnavinir\u00b4s proposals consist of improving access down \nthe bank with as little a disruption as possible to the landscape \ncountenance. A trail is etched out to the west of the pool with large \nrocks that direct guests down a paved path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Landscape to the east of the pool is allowed to heal and regain \nvegetation and the present path will be sealed off with trees, bushes \nand large rocks. A stone cairn will be built around the drill hole and \npipes dug into the ground. Trail down to the pool is coarsely paved with\n large rocks and reaches the edge of the pool. A small and light steel \nrack is erected for the laying down of clothes and other equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the west of Hellulaug are the remnants of an old turf pool right \non the bank with spectacular views over the fjord. This proposal \nincludes the rebuilding of this pool and providing it with water from a \ndrill hole<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\t
